My partner and I purchased a property through Avenues in September last year when relocating from London. Sanj was very professional and supportive throughout the process, from the viewings through to completion. We were particularly grateful for Sanj's insights and knowledge of the area, as well as his non-pressured approach to conducting viewings which enabled us to have plenty of time and space to consider the property. We have just bought our house through avenues and Sanj has been excellent throughout. He has chased the whole chain repeatedly and kept us updated. He has replied promptly, with accurate information and really helped to get the sale over the finish line. Would definitely recommend!
