HotSpring World Milton Keynes

Really pleased with our hot tub, sold to us by Wayne at HotSpring World. Great customer service all the way from browsing tubs, buying, trying, having it delivered (had to push delivery date back but wasn't an issue) and installed, to any after sales help required. Was originally going to get a hot tub from Costco but so glad I didn't as couldn't fault the service received from Wayne. As for the hot tub itself, it is brilliant and with the care information Wayne provided, is easy to look after and maintain. Couldn't recommended highly enough.

Im delighted with my hotspring TX its really well designed the back massage is amazing plus so easy.. I can not stress the power pressure the jets give ,the jacuzzi Is so well designed that you get very little splash over the side as the wall is angled inside ,plus the ease of set up is amazing just set the desired temperature and that's it.The service from Wayne has been very professional from organising a crane as I live in an apartment ,to the chaps that delivered it. Having recently acquired our 1st hot tub the experience from Wayne has been 1st class. From viewing, ordering, advice and guidance in the first month for water care nothing has been to much trouble. Delivery team were super helpfull too. We had a minor issue with the controls handset, 1 phone call, send some pictures and the engineer is booked in no hassle. Also really enjoying the hot tub never seen so many shooting stars as we have in the last month
