Martin & Co Milton Keynes Letting & Estate Agents

I do not know how they have 4.7 rating, they probably buy fake reviews or rate themselves using fake accounts. Rented through them, and it was a typical letting agent experience - they have the integrity of a used cars' salesman . They have tried to rob me for one month's rent by pretending that I did not notify them on time about me moving out. Literally, the guy that I notified both via phone call and face to face acted like I didn't - his name is Michael Fortunately, I had the receipts and they had to back off. Just to summarize - protect yourself , take pictures of the property , do all the communication via email and keep those emails because they WILL try to steal from you if an opportunity presents itself.

They were my agent since 2018 when I arrived in the UK. I will be moving place but I cannot say anything but good things to them. They have been very responsive to my queries and requests. Very helpful and genuine people. Thank you and pleasant having you as my leased agent.

Michael was a great letting agent. This was the first time Id ever rented a property and Michael was very patient, answering all my weird questions and was super helpful if there was anything wrong with the house. Id heard bad things about other letting agent companies before starting to rent myself so wasnt sure what to expect, but Michael made it feel like I mattered as a tenant and I should get out of the house what I was paying for. Couldnt recommend him enough!

We rented our property through Martin and Co. in Milton Keynes, from 2017-2021 and our experience with them was blissful. We have had troubles in the past with other agencies, so their services and great levels of customer service were very welcome. Tony, Kim and the team were always on top of any issues from us or the tenants, they were professional, organised and most importantly for us, in regular communication. We could not have asked for better service and support. Thank you to the wonderful team in Milton Keynes!
