We recently sold our house with Rich Poole at Lion Estates, and have only positive things to say. The listing was brilliant, with quality professional photos, and drummed up plenty of good interest. Our purchase wasn't straightforward, but Rich handled our buyers expertly, and helped us out when we needed it, with advice. The solicitor he recommended did a good job too. Overall, very happy - would strongly recommend!

We have just bought our dream house due to help from Lion Estate Milton Keynes, Richie, Gemma and Sarah have been absolutely spot on with any questions and queries we've had. Exceptional service from Dominic, from our first meeting early December when, due to relocation, we were still deciding whether to rent or sell. We went with renting our home out in the end - Dominic was supportive with advice, and always a phone call away (or quick return of a phone call) for any questions. He ensured our home was marketed for rental at the correct time, with professional photos and a personal, well written description. Rental was secured and all checks etc completed within a week. He also supported us (alongside Sharon) with advising traders for touch up painting, and electrical certificates. Our homes rental is now managed by Dominic and we are confident it is in the best hands. Honest, reliable, hands on service- I would recommend without hesitation and if we were to choose to sell, Dominic would be our first point of contact.
