        Jai is the most brilliant physio - he diagnosed my injury when three other physio's failed to managed to, and then treated it brilliantly. Not only hands on treatment, but also incredible advice which enables me to continue to train and run.

        I have been having treatment from Jai since 2019, with a break due to government Covid restrictions. I have complex issues, specifically in my left knee (bucket handle tear of the Meniscus, Baker's cyst and Osteoarthritis) as well as Osteoarthritis in my left hip which is now at the stage when a hip replacement is necessary. Throughout this period Jai has provided a high level programme of treatment , strengthening exercises, hands on, advising when Xrays and MRI scans have been needed , as well as pain management. I would be in a worse place without his expertise and support. I could not recommend him more highly
