No criticism of staff, who are generally helpful and professional. But my criticism is about the pricing and the cost of their products. Even before the pandemic, the prices are quiet high and are inflated. I needed some adhesive and grouting material , urgently, and as the store in Milton Keynes is close buy, I had no choice but to purchase from them. I suggest they review their pricing policy and be more competitive!

I really like Topps Tiles. We've refurbished a few rooms and always manage to find something we like. This is always a challenge! They offer a really big range of wall and floor tiles as well as everything you need to fit them. I believe they also do some laminates too. The main thing I like about the store is the staff. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable. They will figure out quantities needed based on your measurements including how much, and the right type, of aggregates, sealants etc. Much better service than any of the big DIY stores. I reckon they are probably a bit more expensive than, say, B&Q but not hugely. It's worth it anyway for the quality of the experience. They also have a wide range of different products so should be things for most budgets. They are conveniently situated but the car park is on one side of a dual carriage way so if you come from Bletchley you will need to go all the way round the roundabout. Thoroughly recommend.
