They communicated in such a great way that gave me peace of mind. Katy is professional and friendly. I really enjoyed working with her. As a first time buyer, I love my purchase and the whole house buying process. I would highly recommend Urban & Rural to anyone looking to buy or sell in Bletchley area. Purchased a house through this agency, and I cannot recommend them enough. Everything was quick and efficient, Ian was amazingly helpful, and despite the solicitors holding things up, all necessary conversations were had via Urban and Rural, which considerably sped the process up. 10/10 service.

We want to say a big thank you to Katy and the team at Urban and Rural (Bletchley). Firstly, Katy was really quick at attending our flat and putting it on the market. Katy and the team made sure we were updated and quickly informed about all the house viewings and we managed to accept an offer in a couple of weeks! Everyone was really friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. During the long solicitor process, Katy continued to chase up solicitors to try and speed things along for us and the buyer of the flat. Really appreciate the hard work from the team at urban and rural. I would definitely recommend!
