        I cannot fault the team at Urban and Rural. Whilst it is tempting to shop for the cheapest way to sell your home, with the help of Urban and Rural, I achieved maximum price for my property which I would not have done without them. Further, they were very patient and sympathetic to my circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

        It's not what goes right but it's how things are dealt with when sometimes things go wrong that sets an agent above the rest. I can honestly say a big thank you to Katie the manager for dealing with a difficult situation fairly with professionalism and with the vendor and purchasers interests at heart - and that's not easy. Job well done ! A thank you to Jade and the office staff for friendly warm attitude.
