        Zero accountability, I will never go back, could have been killed in my car with my daughter, only 15 minutes after having tyre replaced. Told without looking a the vehicle that it was a manafactoribg fault, and not the tyre, failing to complete basic safety requirements on leaving the garage, and charged for their incompetence, staff obviously lack of any form of training/knowledge having been told that the part that should have been checked could only be replaced by Mercedes, lies and not even a apology, I hope this review helps someone who may encounter what I have been through with this company, appalling service
