Dealt with Kwan at MA. From the first day we met at the property for a viewing he was brilliant and professional. The communication was exceptional, sometimes just phone calls to ask how i was and the progress from my side. I was kept up to date by Kwan almost on a weekly basis and if needed on a daily basis. This not being my first house purchase i was really impressed with how Kwan dealt with my purchase. Thanks a lot Michael Anthony and especially yourself Kwan!

I have bought and sold a few houses in the Milton Keynes area between 1990 and 2023, through various MK estate agents. I can't honestly think of any that can beat the highly professional team at Michael Anthony. Thank you to Courtney, Emily and Colin who were always a pleasure to talk to and for who nothing was too much trouble, including Emily finding a spare padlock in the office to secure some property - at no charge! A special thank you goes to Satpal who was instrumental in my changing estate agents to Michael Anthony, who definitely went above and beyond the call of duty - clearing out some things for me and getting it removed to the tip - at no charge! He knew I couldn't do it because I live overseas, but this really goes beyond what is expected or required of an estate agent. I honestly cannot recommend this team of professionals highly enough and would always chose them for future house sales.

Katie Jones was a brilliant point of contact whilst we rented from Michael Anthony. She was always very responsive and facilitated any necessary repairs promptly and efficiently. She always answered emails same day (often within hours). The service she delivered was second to none and I highly recommend you rent a house through her as you will be thoroughly looked after.

These guys sold my flat in Oxley park for me, they were very professional, they explained everything really well to me, they knew the local market really well and backed that up with historic reports etc. They identified buyers quite quickly and they handled viewings respectfully and did a good job validating any potential offers from buyers. I was also selling a couple of other properties that did not require the full services of an estate agent, they went the extra mile and helped me out a bit on those for free, further testament to their professionalism and great customer service. I would have no problem using these guys again and fully recommend their services.

A big thank you to Katie Jones at Michael Anthony Estate letting agents for her Kind words and support through out the waiting process for our rented apartment which took longer than expected but she was very compassionate and understanding and cheerfully guided us all through. We are settled in now and we love our new home. Thanks Katie
