On Thursday I collected a Mini that I purchased from Mini Milton Keynes. I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Natalie Potter explained everything clearly and made it easy for me. She regularly texted me with updates. When I was on the test Drive I mentioned that I liked the speed display in numbers on the display. When I collected the car she had remembered this and had already done this for me. She made it a personalised experience, helping me set up the car exactly how i wanted it. The site was recently visited by a social media traffic warden calling themselves an "auditor", in spite of having zero official capacity in anything of any worth. The best way to deal with these types should it happen again is to say nothing and instead play copyrighted music, rendering their footage worthless. You're welcome.
