Excellent service received from start to finish. Originally went in for a service which was completed very quickly but then had a conversation about upgrading my car due to finance agreement ending soon. From the start Adam Mitchell was very accommodating of needs, ensuring that all the important features that I needed in a new car were met before sharing the cars that were currently for sale, and valuing my car so that I understood how much I could get and what future finance payments could look like. Promptly organised an extended test drive for me so that I could get a feel for the car which was great. After sharing a couple of options, I settled for one and he promptly organised delivery from another show room. He was patient and very helpful through the whole process right the way up the the end of the process when I collected the car. My handover was completed by James Tyler who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He spent time with me to show me around the car and how to use certain features (which I have never been shown before in other dealerships). He was happy to answer any questions that I had and made sure I was all set up and ready to drive away without having to do any additional set up from home. Adam and James are great guys - I would definitely buy my future car from this dealership. Thank you so much again, great service!
