Please please please stay away from this people! I had a MIAM with the mediator Louise who gave to my ex wife some false hopes about how to split assets from marriage. I strongly disagreed and finally a judge in court proved I was right!

Not helpful in any way, no understanding of law and their business model is to gain the free government grant for themselves. Very poor service.

Very disappointed in the service, do not use them if you have other options. They have send a letter to a wrong address (major data privacy breach!!!), and there is no communication between the office and the mediator Louise. The MIAM meeting was cancelled without notice, when it actually took place it felt rushed. The other party contacted the office several times but never managed to get a MIAM appointment. No proactive communication, we had to chase them constantly!

Absolute rubbish service , had initial meeting with Louise then had no response , no response from voice messages at their office and no response from emails .this company has not only triggered my stress disorder but has possibly added 2 more weeks of misery to a child because of their ignorance avoid at all costs
