I've used ITS for my Mazda 3 several times now and they are friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. Communication was good and and they accommodated our awkward drop off time. I would definitely recommend them especially if you're a women who gets a bit nervous going to garages, like me.

I recently bought a Japanese imported Toyota and the car had a random VSC alarm that was driving me mad. Three specialist garages failed to diagnose the fault but did identify a different problem with the hybrid system, rather than driving 200 mile to the specialist I asked Jon at ITS if they could fit the part. Jon agreed saying that they were familiar with the hybrid system and fitted the parts as arranged. They then took the car out to test drive it and noticed that the steering was not as direct as it should be and suggest it needed the steering rack bushes changed. They then fitted new bushes for me and the VSC problem that had failed to be diagnosed in 3 months and 6 visits to other garages was fixed. I have found all at ITS to be honest and knowledgable and will be using them for all my future servicing and repairs. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic
