My timing chain was changed in this garage twice due to their unprofessional work. As there are engine warning lights in my car now, I suspect that the second change was not successful either.
My brake vacuum pump was changed twice in this garage, and still not working.
I took my vehicle scratched from this garage.
They are not taking any responsibility and are unwilling to return my money for their unprofessional work. As I bought a new part from Mercedes, I received my money back for the part only.
I repaired my car in another garage, and now my car is working perfectly fine. I am assuming the parts were not defective (the vacuum pump changed twice) but the person performing this job is not qualified.
One more thing - I witnessed how the owner scratched two automobiles himself by trying to pull back one car from a very tiny space. Another car was a taxi car. Services: Brake service & repair, Brakes
