        Went to see Sharon for first time, like many I was over stressed and my back was paining for it. I also had issue rotating my shoulder. Sharon discuss options so well before hand making the experience really comfortable and couldnt believe how much I could move my shoulder after and looking forward to my next session in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended!

        I had a deep tissue massage with Sharon this afternoon. After a recently traumatic period of time, it was much needed to undo the tension in my body. Not only is Sharon highly skilled in her massage techniques, her kindness, empathy and ability to listen knows no bounds. A therapeutic and relaxing experience. Very highly recommended by me.
