I am truly grateful to have found them and to have been taken in to be part of the family. After a long period of focusing on strength training and no access to a Muay Thai club, I decided to join Krusader Thai Boxing club after I witnessed the effectiveness and the passion of the instructors in teaching authentic Muay Thai. From the start, I was taken in as a family member and not a customer. The unified spirit between instructors and the students will stand out immediately, as well as the club's etiquette and discipline. Complimenting the respect, discipline and humility prevailing the atmosphere, is a heart that cares for you and your journey of progression. The younger members have been invested in heavily in both life skills and the best of training, which in a short while turn you into a human weapon in no time. All eagerness levels are welcome and accommodated!

I have trained at Krusaders for 7 years and can truly say that is life changing! Not only will you learn self defence, new skills and discipline but you will also gain confidence in and outside of the gym. A very respectful gym with no egos
