        Superb Customer service. The technical support and guidance provided is so great and on the rare occasion where we have had an issue with a product they never tried to get out of honouring warranties.

        Superb customer service. After some 35+ years of service some hinges on our kitchen cupboards have started to go (clicking sound and feeling when opening), and one had finally failed totally. They are not fitted to the doors as hinges are today. Removing it I found the Blum logo and contacted them direct to see if there was a direct replacement available. After a brief exchange of e-mails the hinge used is no longer made, but Blum said they would send me a replacement under warranty. A couple of days later a box has arrived with a new set of 24 hinges to replace the hinges on all the doors.
