        If you're looking for a serious path into F1, then this isn't it! The upper management have no idea what their doing, if it wasn't for the F1 side of the business, the whole operation would have been relocated to North America a long time ago. If you're a young engineer out of university, AVOID!, you will not learn the engineering or management skills you need to further your career in the industry. It's only a matter of time now before fuel cells won't be needed due to the shift in to greener technologies, so don't waste your time here.

        Unfortunately I left this job almost instantly. Its years a go by now. Live situation changed my path. But now, years since I have been technican for ATL I have to say that that I miss the job. The amount of experience I did get and even the stress, pressure and some not honest people and not nice people i still do all around miss this place. So Giles Cheryl ,Andy and you mate Nicky sky hook and few more of you thank you all , I am still great full for what ATL did for me and what you all did for me.Ernie
