I live in a council house riddled with asbestos and subsidence. Have waited two years for multiple repairs (repointing, sinking floor, mould, asbestos, holes in roof) to be completed but nothing has happened. Customer service is non existent. The contractors they use are awful, no communication between them or the council. The roads around MK are in a terrible state, potholes everywhere with shoddy makeshift repairs. The council appears to be run by clueless muppets who want MK to grow bigger each year but can't maintain what they already have. What do we pay our council tax for?

Took council tax direct debit 3 days earlier than specified in the direct debit agreement. This will have caused financial difficulties for many people across the city.

The planning Dept are sneaky and irresponsible for their actions, happy to wave through a development literally on our doorstep with no notice until the earth movers arrived and with the flimsiest of excuses for why we weren't informed - "did you check your junk email?" This in addition to citing planning applications for a completely different development as being grounds for starting work four months before planning permission was even granted.
