What was meant to take 2 days for an initial assessment took 11 days and a chaser message.
The ADR scheme rules state that a determination should be made within 90 days. AviationADR took 140 days for a response... requesting further information... that had already been provided.
We are now approaching 200 days. I've asked repeatedly for a timeline on a determination, only to be given placeholder messages describing "high volumes of claims" and that "We will issue a decision on your claim shortly, and we thank you for your continued patience in the meantime".
As others have said, raising a small claim would have been less hassle.
The dashboard is also awful and doesn't work on mobile.

It took them over 4 months to make a decision and only after we contacted them directly.
The interesting fact, they had all clear evidence confirming that Easy Jet made all passengers sit on board for over 4 hrs. Nothing related to French strike.
Adr aviation was able to TWIST all evidence and make decision in Easy Jet favour by stating it was a FRENCH STRIKE in Spain. And it was days after strike was over.
Shame on the company and hope they will be off the market.
