        Attended the Milton Keynes office unannounced, as I was looking for a solicitors to certify my documents. Greeted by Joe OBrien who helped me with my query straight away. Polite, professional and quick, and a very nominal charge. He went over and above, which I am very grateful for. Turned a potential stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Thanks Joe.

        We got there in the end. If its speed or communication youre after, I would go somewhere else. Things only got moving once Helen stepped in for which Im thankful (hence 3 star and not 1). They all seem to work part time, so every email bounces back with an out of office.

        Terrible experience when buying a house, they nearly broke the chain. Never answer phones! Reply to emails after you send 100. They dont care about the law or legislation, they create their own rules. Was told the house was unmarketable and only for cash buyers. Interesting when other solicitor could complete the case with no issue. AVOID AT ANY COST !
