Brilliant experience throughout. All really nice people and am definitely glad I had it done. Also brilliant aftercare, cant fault anything. Big shout out to Nadia for talking me into getting it done and making the whole thing a breeze.

I would recommend Optical Express MK to anyone considering lens replacement surgery. I received the very best care from all the team but especially, Andras, Chrissy and Nadia. They also looked after my husband who had more questions than me. I was extremely nervous on the day of surgery but the anaesthetist ( I wish I could remember his name ) completely put me at ease, the surgery was very quick and painless. In fact, I didnt feel a thing. The after-care was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Ive worn glasses since I was five years old and Im now 65 my ~ sight is excellent, I dont even need reading glasses I was signed off after 12 weeks by the very patient Andras and Im ready quite sad that I wont be seeing them again. I highly recommend Optical express Milton Keynes who really have gone above and beyond in customer care. Thank you so much

I had my procedure done on the 7th Feb at Milton Keynes, and couldn't be more happier with the result. Of course any surgical procedure presents a feeling of trepidation, and what the outcome may be, but I can honestly say it was also intriguing and exciting at the same time. Nadia was my first point of contact when I enquired, and she along with the entire team looked after me brilliantly. The numbers of tests carried out pre-op was impressive to say the least, and the extensive report provided of the eyes was equally impressive too. Granted, I didn't understand a bit of it, but that's for the professionals to comprehend. On the day of the surgery, the Surgeon was absolutely phenomenal and was calm and composed and made me feel at ease throughout. equally the surgical support team were very relaxed and we spoke and laughed before, during and after. During the procedure there no pain, but only a mild amount of pressure down on the eyes. The team count down during which amazingly takes no time at all per eye. I have my one month follow up this week so have delayed my review as wanted to live with the improvement for a while first, and the experience of walking out and being able to see unaided is a tremendous feeling. to this day, I still go to take my glasses off my head out of habit. My thanks go to Nadia, Daci and the entire team for their care and attention. I look forward to seeing you all again for my next visit. highly recommend taking the leap and getting this done.
