Optimax Laser Eye Surgery - Milton Keynes

I wrongly assumed that they would have allocated parking but you need to use the Pay & Display a few minutes walk away (50p per hour). All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly Keith who was looking after me on the day. The optometrist was very thorough though I felt that I was getting the bullet points rather than the bigger picture. I have decided to use a different practitioner for my surgery but that is personal choice rather than a reflection on this branch.

I had surgery here in 2019. Staff were extremely professional, no double glazing tactics with pricing which i personally prefer as it feels more professional. In fact after i had signed everything a slight unasked for reduction was made to my price. I had a very slight infection after which was picked up the next day and i was immediately made a follow up appointment. I have had checks at an independent optician afterwards and the optician could not believe that i had surgery he was so impressed. My only regret waiting so many years to make the decision.

Ive had nothing short of an exceptional service throughout the process. I was given all the information prior to my surgery, had a very successful surgery and have had excellent aftercare. Wonderful team that make the process as easy and relaxing as possible

The service and care was outstanding. Keith made me feel so welcome more of a friend than a client, and remembered every client by name. The whole staff could not do enough to help you feel at ease and explain each step to ensure you were comfortable and understand. I would very highly recommend the treatment and visit the Milton Keynes clinic. My partner is already discussing coming here as well. As a result of my treatment the world is a different place. Colours sharper and I am able to read car licence plates half way down my street. Do not be afraid of this treatment at Milton Keynes branch you are go good hands.

I recently had treatment for Lasik Eye Surgery at Optimax in Milton Keynes (September 2019). Throughout the whole process the whole team have been extremely friendly and helpful, with there always being someone available to answer questions and offer advice when needed. I have had no issues so far and i now have 20/20 vision which is amazing. I would 100% recommend that you should at the very least have a consultation if you are even slightly interested in laser eye surgery as i am sure the team will help you out and put you at ease.
