Had reason to use Mark on a boundary issue on a commercial property recently. We can not speak highly enough of Mark's ability or his patience and dedication to getting this matter sorted. I was looking for a professional surveyor who could conduct a survey to assist me in a nasty boundary dispute. I was lucky enough to find exactly that. Mark produced an extremely detailed boundary survey as an expert in a boundary dispute trial held at Northampton County Court.Mark was jointly appointed by myself and my neighbour. Under difficult circumstances Mark went about his impartial duties to the court in a very professional way and was very polite at all times. As regards his final report I can only say that his attention to detail of measurements,plans, drawings, photographs and cross referencing was more than impressive and for a reasonable fee.I would highly recommend Mark, not only for his obvious surveying qualities, but his ability to carry out his work with an air of diplomacy that not everyone can create.

I contacted Mark, who I found through the RICS website, to help with a boundary dispute. Mark was very helpful from the start. He was friendly but professional and able to answer any questions I had. Whilst on site and within his report Mark was very thorough and detailed. I would definitely recommend PLS Ltd.

We needed some expertise and importantly and independent chartered land surveyor to survey land adjoining a neighbouring property. We contacted Mark. He was really friendly, approachable and measured. He took the time to talk through and understand why we were seeking a full survey report of the neighbouring land (we wanted it to provide to the local council after witnessing a property developer moving the fence line to assist with a planning proposal). Mark talked through the reliability of OS mapping and land registry documents. He made it clear that his survey would be impartial and independent (which may mean we didnt like the outcome of the survey). The independence of the survey was critical to what we needed. Mark surveyed the land, and then promptly provided the full report, along with a prelim report for the council in time for a planning meeting. Marks report was very compressive. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark. Thank you for all your help.
