I have used host-it for over 10 years. On boarding is easy, support is always 100%, over the years I have contacted them at least 70 or 80 times through their support ticket interface. Response is always within an hour, or 2 max. Even on Sundays. One time they even called me on the phone to let me know one of my domains was about to expire and I had not set it up to auto-renew. I would highly recommend this company. We now use one of their dedicated servers, but even when we used a shared hosting platform, website speed was always good, this means they do not over stretch their shared servers by signing up too many users on the same server.
