Shockingly dreadful, doesn't deserve any stars at all If you want generic google ad campaigns that show poor attention to detail and a complete failure to understand your product offering then this is the service for you! Expect simple words like dishes to be mispelled on adverts promoting your business. Expect never to receive any contact from Mike Ncube about what he is doing or what changes he is making to the campaign. Expect numerous email requests for phone calls to discuss the campaign's progress to go unanswered. Expect to receive emailed reports showing the campaign is performing badly but no effort to actually correct this from Mike. Even by google ads own measurements the campaign he set up was poor. I feel like I've been robbed. If you are a small start up business or indeed any business stay well clear you're better off just putting the money you would have paid him in a bowl and setting fire to it! If you do happen to get hold of the elusive creature that is Mike Ncube don't be surprised if he swears at you when you point out to him his own incompetence, his glaring spelling mistakes on numerous ads are brushed off as "simple oversights" - simple oversights that he failed to pick up in weeks "managing" the account. If indeed he was managing it or maybe he paid for some poor sod in a third world country to do it for next to nothing whilst pocketing the money and moving onto his next victim. You have been warned!
