Rachel is an absolute essential to any renovation/ redesign project. We cannot recommend her services more highly. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge (suppliers, colours, styles etc) , bucket load of real life experience (planning with a family in mind without compromising on style and aspiration), a non judgemental listening ear (this was very helpful when working with a couple who have different tastes and expectations of a living space, also good with understanding our feedback which may not be in line with what she puts forward, it was never an issue to redesign the brief) and serious on going commitment to supporting us to finish the job (always responsive on text, calls, emails).
