        Just dont use them. May seem a good deal to other sites, but pay cheap, pay twice. Customer service rude and unhelpful.

        We have bought two pallet trucks from Pallet Truck Warehouse and the service has been exemplary in every way, from placing the order to invoicing to delivery. I would like to however express my personal gratitude to Mark and Holly from Parts and Servicing for all their help in sorting out spare charger and batteries in an amazingly quick time, to Mark especially for giving detailed "how to" instructions. Everyone I have dealt with in this company could not be more helpful, thank you:)

        I placed an order for 2 pallet trucks - 1 turned up within a couple of days and the other didn't arrive (presumably lost on their courier) and so Pallet Truck Warehouse kindly sent out a replacement truck to resolve the issue
