        I have previously had hypnotherapy which wasn't successful , however I wanted to try again so I contacted Emily. From the first contact with her at the consultation I had more confidence with Emily than my previous experience. She explained that it would take 4 session to help me with my habit. I have had 1 session so far, which has already helped me, have session 2 booked and very looking forward to it. I HIGHLY recommend Emily
