    Signed a tenancy with them - the house is awful (had no choice) - leaking toilet, filthy house, broken flooring, and rodents I was never told about. I have not even moved in. No housing officer, they take one hour and twenty minutes to answer the phone, they take four months to carry out repairs. I am so depressed by the state of the house and what I am having to move to.

    Will take four months minimum to complete a simple repair. If you have a broken boiler, it will probably take them a year to 18 months. Look at the other complaints. Everyone is saying the same thing. No other housing association would take this long. Best to report them to the Ombudsman. If they do not respond to your complaint, also let the Ombudsman know and they will serve them with a response failure notice. Best to also involve as many third parties as possible including your MP and the Press if necessary. Keep notes of everything. Request a FOI file of all of your requests to get repairs done, then go to a no win no fee solicitor and sue them to get the repairs done.

    Absolute rubbish at repairs ! I have been waiting 9 weeks for someone to come and repair my shower and to fix mould in the bathroom 4 times wates have made appointments and just not showed up !! No phone call or text to let me no I took the 4 days off on holiday so not to lose money and they couldn't be bothered to show
