        places for people have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM known to man and do not care about the living conditions of any of their tenants. I have been living without hot water for a number of days now and each day they have asked me to wait at home and nobody turns up. they are very inconsiderate and the wait times on the phone are horrendous.Just rent privately the money you think you are saving will add up with all the time being wasted on the phone anyway with all the dificulties you will face .
