Disappointed with Purrrfect Home Cleaning. During my meeting with the manager I've explained that I am happy to pay for an extra hour per week (2 bed, 3 hours per week) to make sure that the house is well cleaned. Furthermore I have asked for an experienced cleaner with a good attention to detail. The cleaner- pleasant lady they sent said that my house is clean already before she started cleaning yet unfortunately the work was not done to a acceptable standard, despite the fact I also informed her of my reasonable expectations (bin in a bathroom not changed, finger marks on a kitchen units) On a first day she left after 2 hours, yet 3 hours were booked. All this contributed for me to terminate this service. The manager then was not exactly 100% professional and not always replied to my messages regarding the return of the advance payment. I have now found a better and more cost effective service elsewhere. Service: General housekeeping

I have used Purrrfect Home Cleaning on several occasions and have been more than happy with the service received... Kathy goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, I simply don't have time to clean my home to a good standard so it's important I can find a good cleaner to do it for me. Kathy helps make the process simple and I have been very happy with the quality of work received.
