I availed of an advertisment for Merry Maids offering an introductory discount for new customers. I went through a series of coprrespondence and confirmed my appointment. The next day I received a note to say that they had to cancel my booking without giving me any explanation or alternative date. I have also been blocked from replying to get clarification. Very disappointing customer service and would not recommend their services to anyone.

Have been using Merry Maids for over a year following a handful of negative experiences with local smaller firms. Merry Maids are reliable, professional and thorough and never fail to deliver exceptional service. I can always rely on them to be on time and the ladies who clean my home always do so to a very high standard using great products which leave my house sparkling and smelling lovely. In my honest opinion, you absolutely get what you pay for so although I might been able to find a cheaper cleaner elsewhere, my experience has been that none are as consistent with their cleaning, as professional or as reliable as Merry Maids. In addition to my regular clean I have also used Merry Maids for spring cleans, oven and carpet cleaning - all of which have been amazing. I truly would not go anywhere else.
