        Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Plenty of parking at the hotel. We booked a slot for using the pool on arrival for later that day. The pool and changing area was clean and warm, complimentary towels provided, amazing! Rooms were spacious and clean. Mattresses were very firm but otherwise fine. We made a dinner reservation for the evening the food was excellent and the staff were also helpful regarding allergens. Sadly no vegan/ milk free option for a milk intolerance, was the only critique of the entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was incredibly reasonably priced for the experience received and very close to Wingham wildlife park which we visited the next day.

        Had a wonderful stay first time with family. Rooms were slightly dated but the whole hotel was clean & well laid out. The food was good & the staff were all very helpful & welcoming. We even made use of the pool & sauna. The late check out option was great. Highly recommended ~ We would definitely come back
