Exceptional help and promptness from Hazel's side! She made sure everything is as we requested, her prompt replys made us book the accommodation since we didnt have lots of time before our business partners arrived and she saved the situation! She was very kind and helpfull and I would like to thank her for everything she did! Also, our business partner left his watch in the room and they found it, gave me an info and sent it right away so I am sure we will book with you again! Btw apartments are absolutely amazing and value for money is great!
