I recently signed up for EMS fitness training with Lisa and I am so pleased with the results!! Would highly recommend.

Unimpressed by customer service. I have phoned Lisa many times following Covid and have been told I would be kept in the loop as to when I would be able to resume my laser treatments. My last communication approximately 3 months ago, I was told by Lisa I would have a call within 6 weeks and again 'bear with me'. I haven't had a call and as far as I know, these treatments have not been taken up again. As a paying customer, it would have been good to have received at least one of the promised calls.

I had no idea what I needed for where I was flying but Lisa was so knowledgeable and arranged my test with such short notice. The whole experience was easy and professional from start to finish. Lovely clean and professional clinic, would highly recommend and will be using for all future flights.

Honestly can't rate Lisa and her amazing clinique high enough! To say I was feeling anxious about our first family holiday post lockdowns, not really knowing what tests etc we all needed... Lisa put us at ease from the first phone call and arranged all our tests with the results and required certificates arriving ahead of the deadline. 5* will definitely be using again for any future trips, thank you!

Lisa is absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend her enough. In a last minute urgent situation she was on hand to help immediately. Excellent service and a fantastic person. Thank you Lisa.
