They have advertised on Groupon and I called them up. Upon hearing my voice they just hung up .So racist.I called them again n listening that I'm enquiring about a Groupon deal , the lady over phone said she will call me back. But she didn't call.Why r u advertising on Groupon when u r not accepting their clients.I am glad after reading so many negative reviews of the haircuts u people r doing that I didn't waste my money and also saved my hairs from getting spoiled.Do a proper training somewhere else not on people for Godsake.

I cried when I got home. I asked for layering to thin my hair out and did not want my length touched, in turn I had 4 inches cut off (she basically couldn't be bothered to comb the knots that developed when it was washed so cut above them !?) and chunks cut in as the pictures show. She didn't even show me the back of my hair and just finished badly straightening it and said you're done. I could see it was awful and I didn't want to cry in the salon so I just left. I went to a very expensive hairdresser to get it fixed, and none of the stylists would touch it. I had to wait for the manager to finish to get it fixed. She obviously didn't have time for me, was answering her personal phone constantly and was very distracted in general. AVOID. It was the owner Kelly who did my hair.
