I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm always pleased with the service. I usually get a cut and colour but after recently having a baby, my hair has really changed and needs a little bit of recovery. I had my hair cut by Saphron on Tuesday and I'm really pleased with the results. She reassured me that my hair is starting to grow again and gave me some great tips for healthy hair.

Quite disappointed with my first experience here, I was debating leaving a review but Im generally upset with my experience. I chose this salon due to the many positive reviews however I left the salon very disappointed. Booking was perfectly fine however the stylist I was booked in with was running late so my consultation was moved to someone else which was fine, these things happen . Unfortunately this stylist was not comfortable doing a colour correction (regrowth, lvl 9 banding, lvl 10 ends). So I was again moved to another stylist however this stylist did not have availability on the day needed even though the stylist I was first put with had the space? So because one stylist was late and one no confident Im now left with my messy hair from months of depression having to go to conventions like this. Edit: to the owners response, I want to confirm I did not speak with the stylist I was originally booked with. The lady I had the consultation with was the replacement. I did state over the phone I had 4 inches of regrowth, with a band and bleach ends
