Been here couple of times, services are expensive and staff are ok, neither friendly nor rude. I got blow dry once and wasnt really impressed with the outcome. Not worth the price. The place is clean and there is waiting room as well. They do try to accommodate last minute requests for small stuff but you definitely need appointment for services that take time.

Extremely disappointed by my recent visit to Supercuts. I assume the person was called Molly as that was the only person available online to book with and she was the only one in the salon. I've used Supercuts in the past and never encountered any issues however this Sunday I walked in like I normally would and was told that there were only booked appointments on a Sunday due to short staff. The manner is which I was informed was highly rude and to be honest I was spoken down to like I was stupid. If a salon has changed their booking system then this should be highlighted on the website especially if they are known for "walk ins only". Good manners go a long way and cost nothing.
