I love the owner and her team. I hired them to make wigs for myself and the bridal team. Omg Jennifer made 6 wigs in less than 3 days and they were all gorgeous . My sister and mum also bought the waistrainers and they loved it.

Been buying wigs from Akontaba since 2017 and they are simply gorgeous . 100% on quality of the waistrainers too. Do not hesitate to shop here, the owner is soo nice and ready to help even after sale!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought the Magenta Unit wig on 8th August with next day delivery and it has only been delivered today (25th). I bought it specifically to wear for my 30th birthday. The wig was sent in a dirty zip bag with stains on the front. The wig seems as though it has already been used/worn as it arrived slightly damp and smelling as if it had been recently washed. The wig looks absolutely nothing like the image on the Akontaba website. It has been poorly made. The hair is of all different lengths. The curl pattern is completely different to the website image. I spoke to representative of Akontaba via Instagram and requested back a portion of the 200 I spent on the wig. I explained that I would use the money to have my hairdresser restyle it. I was told that the only option was to return my wig immediately for a full refund, but the delivery fee would not be refunded. This option of course would leave me without a wig to wear for my birthday. The customer service from this company is shocking and Im so disappointed with my first purchase from their products. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BUYING FROM AKONTABA!!!

I purchased 2 waist trainers from this Company and the products are truely amazing. Plus I received free DHL next day delivery, like it doesnt get any better. The waist trainers are amazing because I am size 24 and I love been struggling to get the perfect shape. Thank you Akontaba and the great customer service team
