        It's a nice, very local gym. Has most equipment you really need for a decent workout. Not to mention having punch bags, which is a bonus. Staff are also friendly.

        As a tourist in the UK, I decided to add workouts to my activities. I signed up for just a month. The place is very convenient and user friendly. I felt a bit uncomfortable in the beginning but after joining some classes I felt welcomed and comfortable. As a beginner like myself I recommend you join some classes to boost your energy levels.
