        At this mornings Kettlebell class with Andy Cross, I performed a high side plank. A few months ago, my arm would have given way from underneath me. I just couldnt do it even on my elbow. This morning, I couldnt believe it - I did it...result! Thank you for the opportunity, experience, knowledge and dedication from team Total Fitness MK.
