Brought a gun and had it sent to my local rfd. It arrived with a broken 3d butt pad. So I sent photos and received a reply saying to buy a replacement and they will refund me the cost. I thought that was fair So I brought it and now they won't reply to any of my emails. Also when I called up I got told the lady that will do the refund will not be in till the next day. Its now been a week and I've sent more emails since then and still received nothing. This honest review is worth more to me to let people know what this company has done to me than the 20 owed. 1st and last time I will be shopping there!
