Shocking Service.....Appointed by esure through their emergency home cover for our boiler. 1st Booking on Sunday was moved from 9am to 2pm, then 9pm. Then without warning or contact they cancelled until the next day. Called to confirm the new time was given a morning slot. Guess what, moved to the evening, again no update. Called up at 10pm and given a pack of lies by their one operator on the evening shift that we chatted to earlier at 6pm saying they never spoke to us before ! Finally they sent an engineer turned up on the 3rd day and this is after they confirmed that on file was a note about my child's medical condition and we should be given priority ? Once on site they couldn't have figure out the voltage to the board and they had to call the Worchester Bosch helpline to be told they were reading the wrong colour wire.....OMG ! They finally set a report to esure with a load extras....that wouldn't be covered by the insurance. In the end I used a local Indie Corgi, who turned up the next day and fixed the issue by going to the local parts supplier, and when I mentioned the extras noted by Gas 2 go he said nope, not needed !
