A big thank you to Paul, who came to our rescue when our boiler stopped working in the freezing cold weather. He clearly and very patiently explained over the phone what we could do and waited on the phone with us whilst we fixed it. Appreciate him coming to our aid at short notice and quickly. Replaced bath with shower and made a great shower room. Going the extra mile adding mirror and cupboard. Problems were looked at as challenges and sorted out. It is comforting to know a reliable plumber who will come to our rescue in any emergency. Work excellent and no mess left!

We contacted Paul at 1st Choice Gas Services as our gas fire was not working. We are on liquid propane gas and its always a lot harder to find an engineer who is certified in LPG. From the moment I spoke to Paul on the phone he was warm, friendly and professional. He visited us within just a couple of days and fixed the problem. We were so impressed with his service that we booked him to return again the following week to service our boiler. No mess, no hassle, no oh dear, we may have a big problem here! Nothing was too much trouble for him. A very personable and respectful man who is fantastic at what he does.
