My father passed away and was cremated on the 18th April my father remarried and his wife who died a few years ago had 3 children they was not blood related to my father and he didn't adopt them he has 5 blood related sons when we asked the undertakers amy for information we was told that we could not have the information as we are not next of kin when I informed her in british law next of kin mean nothing if the deceased have blood relation ie sons daughter sister I was told this is not the case I think H. W MASSON need to brush up on their law as I am pursuing this further as a family we were let down by your selves sham on you

Sensitive collection from home through to crematorium where the coordinator was unhurried, professional and kindly. No pressure to ramp up any costs. Suggested a celebrant who conducted a nice service. All was done as per our requests. We'll collect ashes from them as the next step.

My family, myself and all attendees were totally overwhelmed by the professionalism, compassion and attention to detail at my brothers funeral recently. Ed was simply wonderful but all of the team were very attentive from the start to the finish of the entire experience. My heartfelt thanks to all of you including those in the office and in administrative roles. I would strongly recommend Mason and Sons for a seamless, comforting and highly personal event at what will always be a sad and stressful time. May God bless you all.
