Amazing people. Definitely what a Family business should be. Instead of feeling like I am being pushed and guit tripped into buying overpriced rubbish, we were told we wouldn't need any of the fancy things unless we wanted them. John and Natalie are certainly a credit to their company and an example to all the other Funeral places in Milton Keynes. They also took a hand print of my nanna and made these in the pictures. I used these as the order of service. They were beautiful. You guys did my Great Nan exactly the kind of service she would have wanted x

John and Natalie provided a wonderful service that was exactly as we wanted it to be. There was no pressure with any aspect of the arrangements and purchase of my mothers funeral. I would recommend John and Natalie to anyone who needs the use of a funeral director. Because MK Family Funeral Service is an independent family run business it can provide a personal service that is not profit motivated.

John and Natalie was a bright star in a dark sky. Their is so little room for error within their industry and not only did they make the process very easy he also made sure the funeral was the best it could be. We could tell that he genuinely cared, and was passionate about what he does. He was available for questions and requests at all times and never failed to respond. Thank you for making an awful time as good as it could be.
