    Awful company, bought a 500 Dynamax running pad that they do not have spares for, and according to John they never will. So I have to throw it away. He was embarrassed and I am now stuck with a broken machine with no tech support from their tech support. AVOID !!

    Customer service was prompt to answer phone and resolve my query, acknowledging there was a known initial issue with the irun 3.0 treadmill. From picking my the phone to call them to the point of satisfactory resolution took less than 5 mins. I appreciate such easy access to customer services. .thank you

Tras varios intentos de contactar con el servicio tcnico me di por vencida y acud a un tcnico particular. Una vez supe qu es lo que le suceda a mi maquina (La placa base estaba estropeada), volv a intentar contactar con el servicio tcnico para saber si podan ayudarme a conseguir la pieza que necesitaba cambiar. No hay manera, no responden a los correos ni contestan el telfono. En una ocasin consegu hablar por telfono con ellos, en concreto con Sylvia, una trabajadora que me afirm que contestara a mis correos y se pondra con mi caso esa misma tarde. Dos semanas despus sigo en las mismas, ni una respuesta ni el mas mnimo inters por intentar ayudarme a solucionar mi problema. CONCLUSIN, NO COMPREIS MAQUINAS REBOOK! Si se estropean, no hay un servicio tcnico que te ayude a repararla, y si lo hay no trabajan nada bien. Adems, conseguir piezas por tu cuenta en Europa siendo una empresa americana, es igual de imposible que conseguir que te ayuden desde su servicio tcnico.

    Time reaction it's ridiculous, wife couldn't use product for 2 weeks because there was no action been taken from technical support, they keep sending txt messages that engineer will contact me( 2 weeks already he didn't) and eventually I receive email saying engineer has been contacting me today where that's pure lies.I decide to return product and save myself futher frustration .That shame when U spend few hundrets on exercise equipment U can't rely on technical support.
