Order 49429. Bought 40kg adjustable dumbbells' and bench. Delivery was super prompt, it all came 2 days later so off to a very good start. This isn't a MuscleSquad fault just a word to wise regarding adjustable dumbbells in general if like me you're looking to invest for the first time like I was. Given the nature of how adjustable dumbbells load, they are naturally very clunky and the ends (where the dial is) is hard and narrow. This means when lifting heavier weights on a bench it's painful and not entirely possible to rest on your quads first before starting the exercise. The issue specifically with this product was with the bench. 1) It came scratched, marked and dirty so it looked second hand. 2) Upon assembly my specific bench does not align so I cannot fit in all pins. 3) Likely due to the above the bench does not go flat. It's "flat" setting is on a decline. 4) Also likely due to point two, the bench has moved during exercise. Customer service has been exceptionally poor (non-existent) which I didn't expect given other reviews. I called up immediately on 23rd but it wasn't during office hours. Very likely that the call centre was closed during Xmas which is absolutely fine. I used the form on the website on 23rd (including pictures of the marked bench), and a week later no-one has got back to me. I also didn't receive an acknowledgement from each of my 2 submitted comments. I tried to call on 28th, 29th and 30th December and 3rd January, however not been able to get through. Overall exceptionally disappointed to have received a faulty bench and it seems impossible to resolve as MuscleSquad have been uncontactable.

Still waiting on a treadmill to arrive that was ordered on the 29th December. Today is the 23rd January. We couldnt make one delivery date when given 2 day notice, this was the 9th January. (Unfortunately, unlike some people, we have to work) since then we have chased and still not received anything.

Initially left a bad review as delivery took over 3 weeks, this was DPDs fault and now musclesquad. I did have to do the calling to find out DPD had damaged the parcel which was annoying but dumbbells and bench are great.

I had been searching for ages for a monolift attachment. I emailed the company and asked for the specs of what size rack it suited and the frame matched but the pin hole didn't. The lady recommended I didn't purchase it as they couldn't guarantee it would fit. After a few weeks of thinking about it I took the chance and it arrived today and thankfully the risk paid off. For the price and quality I give it 10/10. I have never used this company before and would certainly use them again if they have anything I may need.
